Louie Giglio hat die Passion -Bewegung gegründet. Im Rahmen dieser Bewegung hat er zu Beginn die Jugend von heute aufgerufen, den Namen von Jesus in ihrem Leben zu verherrlichen. Seit 1997 hat er in Leitungsgremien zahlreiche  Studententreffen in den Vereinigten Staaten und auf der ganzen Welt organisiert. So hat er Millionen von jungen Menschen im Lobpreis versammelt, im Gebet und auf der Suche nach Gerechtigkeit.  Louie Giglio hat mehrere Bücher in Englisch veröffentlicht. Einige davon sind auch in Deutsch und Französisch übersetzt worden. Louie Giglio ist auch Pastor der Passion City Church.  Zusammen mit seiner Frau Shelley ist er verantwortlich für die Leitungsmannschaft. Sie leiten ausserdem das Haus der Sixstepsrecords und auch das Passion Global Institut.  Louis und Shelley wohnen in Atlanta in den Vereinigten Staaten
